Carol G. Huff

Having spent over 35 years in the commercial real estate business, Ms. Huff combines a technical background with excellent real estate financial and tax skills, along with strong organizational and marketing capabilities. Ms. Huff has sound credentials in each of the essential technical real estate areas with a reputation for producing results. Ms. Huff possesses an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree and a MBA, and she also holds the elite designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Ms. Huff has personally been involved in more than $2 billion of real estate transactions. Ms. Huff has also been the representative for a half interest in a $100,000,000 office tower, managed a $170,000,000 portfolio of real estate investments and has been the representative for the sale of a $100 million building and the principal for a $20 million sale. Ms. Huff has recently completed in two stages an over 100,000 square foot tenant expansion and renewal which includes a major build out. This transaction is valued over $30 million. She also completed negotiations for a major law firm lease valued at more than $50 million and was the tenant representative in the development of a $35,000,000 data center.

Ms. Huff has saved her clients in the tens of millions of dollars of lease-related billings and her personal diligence has stopped major problems from surfacing in many future instances.

Lawrence A. Huff

Since starting his own business in 1985, Mr. Huff has formed and is President of Huff Real Estate, Inc., a real estate consulting and tenant representation firm with national and local corporate and institutional clients. From 1992 to 2007 he organized and ran a property management firm, Strategic Property Management, Inc. and, with Carol Huff, they ran Philadelphia Equities Corp., a mortgage service and finance company.

For over 9 years prior to starting his own firm, Lawrence organized and ran the 138 person corporate real estate department at Conrail, a $4 billion transportation company with over 255,000 acres of land, 2.5 million square feet of office space and over 4,400 heated industrial buildings. He organized and was President of the Company’s real estate development subsidiary with the mission of developing the real estate assets of the Company and capitalizing on the increase in value to surrounding property created by the Company’s extensive occupancy.

Thomas E. McDonough

In 2003, Thomas E. McDonough joined Huff Equities as Senior Project Director. Mr. McDonough Brings to the firm significant management experience gained in multiple industries including commercial construction, architectural and engineering services, energy and light industry. He has held positions with large international corporations as well as local firms, and his functional experience includes finance, general management, business development, marketing and engineering.

Having managed multi-million dollar projects throughout the U.S. and Europe, he possesses a combination of strong analytical and technical skills and is known for his attention to detail. Mr. McDonough has had a major role in over $350 million of real estate transactions and projects. He also prides himself on helping clients maximize the value of their Leases during their term. Mr. McDonough holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He is also a licensed real estate broker and has a thorough understanding of the relationship between corporate strategy and facility decisions.

Ben Fabiszewski

Ben Fabiszewski graduated from The University of Scranton in 2018 with a degree in Finance and Economics. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Pennsylvania and is certified in ARGUS. Ben supports the tenant representation, lease auditing, marketing/leasing, and real estate consulting practices at Real Estate Investment Strategies with detailed research and analytics.

While a student at the University of Scranton, Ben worked for Resource Real Estate, supporting asset managers with value-add business plans for newly acquired properties, and portfolio performance analytics. He also worked with The Haverford Trust Company as a trading floor intern.
